Woman accused of dealing drugs, conspiracy to commit a felony

YORK – Kaitlyn Shockley, 36, of Belleville, Kansas, has been charged with four counts of delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, theft and conspiracy to commit burglary.

She was bound over to York County District Court and arraigned this week. She pleaded not guilty to all the charges.

It is alleged she was named as a defendant as part of a drug investigation conducted by local authorities in conjunction with other outside entities.

It is alleged the substances Shockley is accused of engaging in the process of distributing Alprazolam, Clonazepam, Lorazepam and Tramadol. She is accused of possessing cocaine and fentanyl. And she is accused of conspiring to burglarize a business in York County in an effort to tamper with evidence.

Following her not guilty plea, a jury trial was set for late August.

No further information has been made available in court documents, as no affidavit has yet been filed with the court.
