York Council to consider discontinuing CDBG revolving loan program

YORK — The York City Council will meet in regular session Thursday, Feb. 1, during which a public hearing is scheduled regarding the discontinuance of the city’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) economic development revolving loan program.

The council will also consider approval of a vehicle purchase for the street department.

A resolution will be reviewed to set rescue service rates.

And they will consider the mayoral reappointments of Carston Staehr to the Examining Board of Plumbers and Mechanical Contractors and Kim Stephens to the planning commission.

The meeting, always open to the public, will start at 5:30 p.m., in the council chambers.
