Multiple vandalisms being investigated in York

YORK – The York Police Department is investigating multiple vandalisms which have occurred within the past two months.

Multiple vehicles and businesses around town have been damaged by what appears to be a projectile weapon, possibly a BB gun.

Many windows have been broken out or shattered. It is possible the person/people causing this damage is/are driving or walking around at night causing the damage. Most incidents have occurred during the overnight hours.

Location of offenses include downtown and residential neighborhoods surrounding downtown, as well as off Nobes Road.

If anyone has any information regarding those involved, contact York County Crime Stoppers (402) 362-2999 or the York Police Department (402) 363-2640. An anonymous tip may lead to a cash reward up to $500.
