York FFA Harvest Moon fundraiser tickets available

YORK – Tickets are now on sale for the annual York FFA Harvest Moon Banquet that will take place at the Holthus Convention Center on November 12.

This event, the largest of the year for York’s FFA, raises money to allow students to participate in statewide and national events.

Free babysitting is provided and tickets can be purchased at yorkffa.com.

Beginning at 5:30pm, doors will open for a social hour, silent auction and entertainment sponsored by Cornerstone Bank. Silent auction items include art pieces, gift certificates & gift baskets donated by local businesses and even Husker basketball tickets.

Then at 6:30pm a prime rib/chicken dinner is served and followed by the Hall of Fame presentation sponsored by Midwest Bank.

The evening concludes with a Labor Auction, where participants can bid to get 8 hours of a student’s time to be used for yard work, cleaning or other chores.
