Henderson woman accused of criminal possession of financial device and possession of meth

YORK – Katelyn M. Simmons, 23, of Henderson, has been formally charged with two felonies related to financial fraud and possession of methamphetamine, as well a felony failure to appear.

Her arraignment was held this past week in York County District Court.

She is accused of possessing two credit cards owned by other people, as well as a blank check that didn’t belong to her.

She is also accused of having the Schedule 1 controlled substance in her possession, when she was taken into custody.

She is now facing a Class 1 misdemeanor charge and two Class 4 felony charges.

Upon her not guilty plea, which she entered in District Court, a jury trial was set for late January, 2024.
