Henderson Police investigating attempted burglary at post office

HENDERSON – The Henderson Police Department is currently investigating an attempted burglary at the Henderson Post Office.

The incident occurred during the overnight hours of Sept. 18-19.

Tool marks were observed on the door to the retail area and are suspected to be from a pry bar.

The people/person involved appeared to have tried multiple times with succeeding.

If anyone has information that may lead to the person or people involved, they are asked to contact the Henderson Police Department at 402-723-4811 or York County Crime Stoppers at 402-362-2999. Anonymous tips may lead to a cash reward.
