Arrest warrant issued for York man accused of sex trafficking and possessing child pornography

YORK – Saul A. Mena Aguilera, 21, of York, was earlier charged with three very high level felonies, including labor/sex trafficking a minor, a Class 1B felony; visual depiction/sex explicit conduct, a Class 1D felony; and possession of child pornography, a Class 2A felony.

He was set for arraignment in the York County District Court this past week but failed to appear. Due to his failure to appear, an arrest warrant was issued.

This case was investigated by the York Police Department, after they were contacted by a parent of the alleged minor victim.

Court documents indicate a minor child had been communicating with Aguilera, with nude photographs being sent through a string of messages on SnapChat. No further details of the case can be published due to the graphic nature of the situation and in an effort to protect the identity of the victim.

If convicted, Aguilera is facing a possible maximum sentence of life in prison for the Class 1B felony; 3-50 years in prison for the Class 1D felony; and 20 years in prison for the Class 2A felony.
